Get all your questions answered before you order your personalized holiday cards from Soirée All Day. From shipping timelines to photo submission and proofing, our Holiday Card FAQs cover everything you need to know to make your custom Christmas cards stress-free, beautiful, and right on time.

  • STEP ONE

    Find a card you LOVE, select your details, upload your photo(s), add them to your cart and check out. Don’t have a photo yet? No problem! You can purchase your card now and email it whenever you’re ready.

  • STEP TWO

    Once all of your details have been submitted, we’ll customize your card. You’ll receive a proof of your design via email within three business days of ordering (and your photos are recieved).

  • STEP THREE

    We’ll work through any revisions you have, and once we get your approval, your card will be printed and shipped directly to your doorstep.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • CUSTOMIZATION: You will receive a design proof within three business days. Once your proof is approved, we will move into print production.

    PRINT PRODUCTION: It takes 2-3 business days to print your card

    SHIPPING: Your cards will be shipped via USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground depending on your location.

    Please keep in mind that shipping may take longer during the holiday season.

    If there is a significant delay expected with your order, you will be notified.

  • Yes, photos can be added to the back of your card, along with text or a brief message, for a nominal fee.

  • Yes! You may place your holiday card order and email your card to us whenever you have it and are ready to get started.

  • Yes, if there is a card design you like but it is not the ideal orientation for your photo, please note that in your order. Most card designs can be changed to accommodate your photo.

  • Of course! The greetings (I.e., “Merry Christmas” or “Happy Holidays”) shown in card designs are for sample purposes only. You are welcome to change the greeting to whatever you would like, given it will fit in the space alotted.

  • No worries! If you don’t like how your photo looks on the card you chose, we will work with you to find a new one.

  • In order to get your holiday cards out before the December 25th holiday, it is recommended you place your order no later than December 5th. However, we will take your order later (with the understanding they may not arrive to your recipients before Christmas)
